KODYE ELYSE ART — STORE POLICIES
By placing an order through Kodye Elyse Art, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies below. Please review these policies before purchasing.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All Kodye Elyse Art and Coven Print Club items are created, printed, packaged, and/or fulfilled according to the timelines listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Coven Print Club ships once per month. Orders do not ship based on the individual date a customer subscribes. Coven orders close on the 19th of each month. Orders placed after the cutoff are applied to the following month’s featured collection.
Because Coven items are produced in bulk after the monthly cutoff, there is a period between payment and shipment. Purchasing a subscription reserves your upcoming monthly collection and does not indicate that an item will ship immediately.
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been transferred to the postal carrier, delays caused by USPS, international postal services, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Kodye Elyse Art’s control may affect delivery.
International orders should allow additional time for transit and customs processing.
COVEN TRACKING
Individual tracking is not included with standard Coven Print Club shipments, as disclosed at the time of purchase/on the Coven information page.
Shipping announcements and important Coven updates are regularly sent by email. Members are strongly encouraged to remain subscribed to Kodye Elyse Art emails and ensure their email address is entered correctly.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers, at checkout.
Billing and shipping addresses are separate. An apartment or unit number appearing on a billing address does not automatically mean it appears on the shipping address.
Please review your confirmation carefully and contact kodyeelyseart@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
Kodye Elyse Art cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment and is not responsible for packages delivered, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED MAIL
Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting Kodye Elyse Art regarding a missing shipment.
For Coven orders, customers should also allow reasonable additional time during known carrier delays and for international delivery.
If an order has not arrived after the appropriate delivery window, please email kodyeelyseart@gmail.com with your full name, order information, and confirmed shipping address.
Replacement eligibility will be determined after the delivery window has passed and the shipping information has been verified.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact kodyeelyseart@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If the issue resulted from an error on our end, we will work with you to make it right.
Minor variations in color, cropping, texture, or appearance may occur between screens, original artwork, and professionally printed reproductions and are not considered defects.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because many Kodye Elyse Art products are created, printed, or ordered specifically according to customer demand, all sales are generally final once an order has entered production or fulfillment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you contact us before production begins, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
COVEN SUBSCRIPTIONS
Coven Print Club is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, customers authorize recurring charges using their selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.
Your subscription renews according to the billing schedule displayed when you subscribe.
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund a monthly collection that has already been charged and entered processing or production.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before their next renewal if they do not wish to receive the following month’s collection.
ACCIDENTAL RENEWALS
If you accidentally allow your Coven membership to renew, please contact us as quickly as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund an accidental renewal if that month’s fulfillment order has not yet been placed or production has not begun. Once products have been ordered or produced specifically to fulfill that month’s memberships, refunds may no longer be available.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is a problem with an order or subscription charge, please contact kodyeelyseart@gmail.com first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in cancellation of current or future orders and refusal of future purchases, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ORIGINAL ART & PRINT COLORS
Every original artwork is unique and may contain natural variations associated with handmade artwork.
Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may differ slightly from the physical artwork or print due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, and materials.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, illustrations, designs, written rituals, spell cards, photographs, branding, graphics, and other original content created by Kodye Elyse Art remain the intellectual property of Kodye Elyse Art unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, Coven item, or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Artwork and designs may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed, resold as reproductions, used to create merchandise, used for commercial purposes, or represented as another person’s work without prior written permission.
RESALE
Physical products purchased from Kodye Elyse Art may be resold as the original physical item where permitted by law. However, purchasing an item does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, digitally distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork or design.
WEBSITE & PRODUCT INFORMATION
Kodye Elyse Art makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, dates, photographs, availability, and other website information accurate. Occasionally, errors or technical issues may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders affected by material errors, or make reasonable changes when necessary.
