HOW DOES THE COVEN WORK?
The Coven is a monthly art and ritual subscription. Each month features a different goddess from my original Goddess Series. Your envelope includes an art print, an original sketch, a spell or spiritual practice inspired by that month’s goddess, and additional themed art goodies such as stickers, bookmarks, and other surprises.
WHEN DO ORDERS CLOSE EACH MONTH?
Orders for the current Coven goddess close on the 19th of each month. This is the order cutoff date, not the shipping date.
If you join after the 19th, your order will apply to the following month’s goddess.
WHEN WILL MY COVEN ENVELOPE SHIP?
Once orders close on the 19th, I submit the final quantities and begin production. With hundreds of Coven packages being created each month, printing, preparing, and packing everything takes a little time!
Coven envelopes typically ship during the first week of the following month. All members’ packages ship together rather than according to the individual date you subscribed.
WHY AM I PAYING BEFORE MY PACKAGE SHIPS?
The Coven works on a preorder-style production schedule. Your subscription reserves the following Coven edition so I can order the correct quantity of prints and goodies, then personally prepare the monthly mailing.
For example, an order placed July 7 is part of July’s Coven ordering period. Orders close July 19, production follows, and that edition typically ships during the first week of August.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
U.S. Coven envelopes are sent through USPS. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the announced shipping date for your package to arrive.
International delivery can take longer depending on the destination and local postal service.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
Tracking is not included with Coven shipments.
I always send an email to the Coven when that month’s packages have shipped, so please make sure you are subscribed to my email list for shipping updates!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Please allow the full 10 business days recommended for U.S. delivery before reaching out about a missing package. International members should allow additional delivery time.
If your envelope still hasn’t arrived after the appropriate delivery window, email me and I’ll be happy to help with a replacement.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! The Coven welcomes international members currently in Canada, the UK, and EU. Please keep in mind that international shipping takes longer than U.S. delivery and timing can vary depending on your country and local postal service.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?
The Coven is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Your membership renews each month according to the billing schedule shown when you subscribe. Your renewal keeps your spot in the Coven and reserves your next monthly edition unless you cancel before your next renewal.
IS THE COVEN A ONE-TIME PURCHASE?
No. All Coven memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Shopify customer/subscription account.
Canceling prevents future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an edition that has already been ordered and entered into production.
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO CANCEL BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWED?
Please reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been submitted for production, I’ll do my best to help.
Once an edition has entered production, however, I’ve already paid to have your items created and may not be able to cancel or refund that order.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please update your shipping information through your Shopify account/subscription portal as soon as your address changes.
Because monthly orders are produced and prepared in large batches, address changes need to be made before that month’s order cutoff on the 19th to ensure the new address is used for the upcoming mailing.
If you email me about an address change, please include your full name, previous address, and complete new shipping address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE AFTER MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED?
Once shipping information has been submitted and envelopes have been prepared, I may not be able to redirect your package. Please make sure your address is current before the monthly cutoff.
I CREATED A SHOPIFY ACCOUNT AFTER SUBSCRIBING. WHERE IS MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you subscribed as a guest and later created an account using the same email address, Shopify may be able to associate your order history with your customer profile. If you’re having trouble seeing or managing your Coven subscription, send me an email and I’ll help you figure it out.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH GODDESS IS COMING NEXT?
Coven members get regular email updates with shipping information, goddess reveals, sneak peeks, and other Coven news.
Make sure you are subscribed to my marketing emails, not just receiving Shopify order confirmations, so you don’t miss them.
WHAT COMES IN EACH MONTH’S ENVELOPE?
Each edition includes a sketch print from my original Goddess Series, a spell or spiritual practice inspired by that Goddess, a Goddess newsletter, a custom Goddess sticker with my original artwork, as well as a custom Goddess art bookmark. Additional goodies may be included.
ARE THE SPELLS REQUIRED TO PRACTICE WITCHCRAFT?
The rituals are invitations, not rules. You can adapt them to your own beliefs and spiritual practice, use them simply for reflection and intention setting, or enjoy the Coven entirely for the art.
